Cuba restructures Communications Ministry

Cuba has restructured its Ministry of Informatics and Communications.
The entity has been renamed as the Ministry of Communications, local
newspaper Granma reports. The revamped ministry will now be solely
responsible for regulatory and institutional matters, while the
management operations will be taken over by two organizations: the
Correos de Cuba Business Group (Cuban mail service) and the Computing
and Communications Business Group.
